1. What information do we collect?
We only collect and store data about you that we feel is absolutely necessary. Here are the reasons why we collect that data, and how we use it:

-
Contact Information:
- When you create an account, you supply some details that are necessary to uniquely identify yourself and allow you to access the Site in future sessions. This includes data like your email address, username, and password.
- We are required by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers ("ICANN"), the organization
which assumes responsibility for domain name allocation, to collect certain information about you
during the domain name registration process.
This information includes your full name and/or company name, mailing address, phone number, and email
address. You also have the option of supplying your fax number.
ICANN’s Terms of Service can be viewed HERE
ICANN’s Privacy Policy can be viewed HERE - In providing personal information about other individuals (such as someone in whose name you are registering or the domain name's technical or billing contacts), you represent that you have notified them of the purposes for which the information will be used, the recipients of the information, and how they can access and correct the information, and that you have obtained their consent. Once the domain name has been registered, your registration agreement requires you to correct and update this data promptly.
- If you contact our customer service team, either by our contact form, email, live chat or phone, a record is kept of your interaction in order to better service your account.
- If you choose to purchase any service which DomainClub.com offers, you will need to provide us or one of our payment service providers with payment data such as your debit/credit card number or other financial data. Sensitive payment data such as this is not stored by us indefinitely, but rather kept with our payment partners, who are fully certified to securely store this information for possible future purchases and rebills.
-
Automatic Information:
- We employ the use of technology like cookies, web beacons and pixels in order recognize you and the devices you use to access the Site. We do this for several reasons, including authentication on future visits and keeping track of your preferences and settings. Depending on your web browser and other software you have installed, you may be able to better control how we use these technologies.
- “Do Not Track” (or “DNT”) is a feature on certain web browsers that you may use to access the Site, whereby users can activate this setting to tell responding websites they do not wish to be tracked. Not all browsers offer this “DNT” option, and not all of these signals are currently uniform, so the Site does not yet respond to these signals.
2. Does DomainClub.com share the information it receives?
Yes, we do share information; but only as previously mentioned above and described below. Otherwise we will not provide your personal information without your consent.
- WHOIS: We are required by ICANN to collect information about you during the domain name registration process. This information is then required by ICANN to be made available to the public via an interactive web page and a "port 43" WHOIS service. Please note that we are not able to control how members of the public use the WHOIS information.
- Partners: We are resellers of the following services offered by LogicBoxes:
- Hosting Packages;
- Email Packages;

- If we are ever involved in a merger or sale, control of your data may transfer to a new company. This will be fully disclosed to you in advance should this situation occur.
